Creative works carry subsisting IP rights that persist across every form of AI use. Renaming content as “training data” does not extinguish the rights that exist in it.
Standards, tools, and professional certification that make rights exercisable in practice, not just asserted in theory. Machine-readable declarations. Verified credentials. Enforceable frameworks.
We are building the infrastructure for creative rights in AI. The standard, the tools, and the professional framework. If you work in creative IP, this is where to start.
