TERMS OF USE
The terms governing your use of CreativeIP.org and the CIP framework materials.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CreativeIP.org (the “Site”), operated by Creative Intellectual Property Charity, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in England and Wales (application reference 5289637). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.
2. About CreativeIP.org

3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, is fraudulent, harmful, or in connection with any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server, or database connected to the Site.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the CIP Standard, course materials, glossary entries, and documentation — is the property of Creative Intellectual Property Charity or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
