Level 3 is practitioner-grade — the AI-IP risk index, GIPL underwriting, NILP in depth, sector verticals and cross-framework mapping. The assessment is rigorous because the credential has to mean something.
Level 3 requires a Level 2 pass (75%) in the same track. Level 2 requires a Level 1 Certificate of Completion.
£795 per track. Annual renewal.
Understanding the AI-IP risk index as a single scalar derived from a probability distribution over rights-failure outcomes: how controls shift the distribution, how the score is read, and what the index is not.
Generative IP Liability underwriting: how GIPL prices the risk distribution, the Risk Score Explanation as the explainability layer, and portfolio-level correlation and concentration effects.
Practitioner-depth NILP treatment: why identity rights are a distinct bundle, synthetic replicas and voice cloning, and the jurisdictional fragmentation that makes NILP the most variable rights category.
Sector-specific declaration architectures: why verticals exist beyond cross-cutting fields, platform-native video and its rights-matching requirements, and source-material lineage declaration.
Mapping CIP onto adjacent frameworks (AIUC-1, ISO 42001, NIST, Cloudflare Content Signals), jurisdiction-aware rights subsistence, and the principle of conservative cross-framework composition.
Running the full practitioner arc: assess exposure with the risk index, structure positions across components and jurisdictions, produce a certified declaration, and hold the standard with integrity.
Level 3 enrolment, payment, and credential verification are pending release. The framework's commercial infrastructure decisions are subject to trustee review.
