§1

Why advertising warrants treatment

Advertising is the framework’s most substantively-covered vertical on the risk and insurance side (AI-IP risk index / CR-AII calibration, NILP Downstream Obligation case material, Underwriter certification track, agency adoption case study) but until v3.36 was the least-covered on the operator-facing Generator side. v3.36 closes the asymmetry: architectural anchor identifying five workstreams, three field families shipped as starter increments, and RSE elevated to dedicated architectural treatment.

§2

The five workstreams

Workstream 1 — Ad disclosure compliance (SHIPPED v3.36): CIP-Ad-Disclosure field with per-jurisdiction compliance status. Disclosure-regime vocabulary: EU-AI-Act-Article-50, NY-S6859A, CA-AB-2655, CA-SB-942, FTC-AI-Endorsement-Guides. Workstream 2 — Campaign-level rights declaration (SHIPPED v3.36): CIP-Campaign field with format {campaign-id}:{territory}:{rights-inheritance-mode}. Workstream 3 — Agency-vs-brand operator hierarchy (SHIPPED v3.36): CIP-Operator-Hierarchy field. Workstream 4 — Targeting-data rights (QUEUED). Workstream 5 — Syndication rights (QUEUED).

§3

RSE — Commercial AI Risk: Synthetic and Earned

Elevated to dedicated architectural treatment at v3.36. Two distinguishable risk surfaces: synthetic risk (liability arising from AI-generated content elements — voice clones, deepfake-style imagery, AI-generated personas, synthetic performances) and earned risk (liability arising from operator’s use of earned content — UGC, third-party material incorporated into deployments). Advertising-vertical CR-AII calibration: component concentration 40%, operator concentration 20%, correlated-cascade 55%; quarterly cadence.

§4
